What we collect

When you send a form, we receive what you type: usually your name, email, phone and a short description. Our website host also keeps basic logs, such as the pages visited and the browser used, to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

We use what you send only to answer you, check whether we can help and, if we take your case, represent you. We don’t sell it or share it for advertising.

Who sees it

Clinic staff and the lawyers working on your matter. We share information outside the clinic only with your permission or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Messages from people we don’t go on to represent are deleted after a year. Client files are kept as long as the rules for lawyers require.
