Pauline Szeto

Pauline handles repair, deposit and fair-housing cases, and works with the city’s inspectors when a home isn’t safe.

Pauline joined the clinic from a fair-housing organization, where she investigated discrimination complaints. At the clinic she takes on homes without heat, mold and lead paint, deposits that weren’t returned, and landlords who refuse housing vouchers.

She speaks Cantonese and Mandarin with clients, and wrote our guide to getting a deposit back.
